IT - INTERNSHIP

**Job Description** * Participate in digitalisation initiatives to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency * Support special IT projects such as system enhancement, process automation, or reporting improvement * Assist in exploring the use of **digital tools and AI-based applications** to improve productivity in daily operations * Help document IT processes, user guides, and system procedures * Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory updates, and basic administrative IT tasks * Support data collection and analysis for IT-related improvement initiatives * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by supervisor **Learning Outcomes** * Exposure to real corporate IT operations in a corporate business environment * Understanding of IT service support and infrastructure management * Practical involvement in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives * Exposure to the use of digital tools and AI applications in workplace productivity * Experience in structured project-based IT work **Requirements** * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming or related field * Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware support * Interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies (AI tools, analytics, etc.) * Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills * Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under supervision **Duration** 3 – 6 months (subject to programme requirements) Pay: RM800\.00 - RM1,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required) Experience: * IT: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
