Technical Intern, SLT Automation Engineer

Join us at Ampere and work alongside a passionate and growing team - we'd love to have you apply! **About the role*** You will join the System Level Test (SLT) team to develop and debug SLT Automation Framework. You will have a chance to work with many standard frameworks, design your own framework, and work with many types of test program. You will participate in the software development process including design, development, test and QA. You will directly contribute to Ampere's growth. * The SLT Team at Ampere Computing is comprised of stellar individuals who are dedicated to creating enterprise-level high volume manufacturing test programs. They collaborate with Manufacturing, Silicon Engineering, Silicon Validation, Platform Validation, and Firmware teams. **What you'll achieve*** Participate in System Level Test to develop the automation and test program. * Use Python to program automation scripts to execute tests. * Analyze test results to improve the test case. * Integrate the test scripts to the automation. * Support operators to analyze and calibrate the failed testing system. **About you*** Experience with Python programming, especially on multi-threading. * Good understanding of OS \& server environments such as install and execute test application in OS (CentOS/Ubuntu/Windows) * Have experience with writing automation scripts * Experience with Beaglebone is an advantage * Have some basic working knowledge of server Software Architecture, basic protocols such as UART and network interface, basic devices such as DDR, PCIe and storage * Good Debugging/Problem Solving Skills * Good written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese **Education*** Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering as the third year Students with strong academic record or equivalent **What we'll offer** At Ampere we believe in taking care of our interns and providing a competitive monthly stipend and allowance.
