Internship-Interior Design

**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in interior design, renovation and refurbishment projects across company properties. * Prepare design drawings, layouts, presentations and material selections. * Support site visits, measurements, inspections and project progress monitoring. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and tender-related materials. * Conduct research on design trends, materials, furniture and finishes. * Maintain and organize project records and drawings. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field. * Basic knowledge of interior design principles, space planning and materials. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar programs. * Knowledge of 3D rendering software is an added advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented, creative and willing to learn. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. **Learning Opportunities** * Exposure to property renovation and refurbishment projects. * Experience in project coordination, site inspections and asset enhancement initiatives. * Understanding of design, procurement and project management processes.
