CruSmart Data & Operations Intern

Global Wine Solutions (GWS) is looking for a bright, motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the development of CruSmart, our yacht inventory and management platform used by some of the world’s leading superyachts. This role is designed for a forward-thinking individual looking to develop practical business, technology and office skills within a young, entrepreneurial company operating in the luxury yachting sector. **The Role** Working alongside the CruSmart team, you will help maintain and develop the platform through: * Data entry and validation * Importing and organising product information * Excel-based data management * Testing and quality control of new platform features **About You** You will be: * Highly organised and detail-focused * Confident using Microsoft Excel * Comfortable working with data * Curious, proactive and keen to learn * Interested in technology, business or operations Previous office experience is not required. **What You Will Gain** * Hands-on business and office experience * Advanced Excel and data management skills * Exposure to software development and operations * Mentoring from a young and dynamic team * Insight into entrepreneurship and the luxury yachting industry **Commitment** * Based in our Bristol office * Approximately 16 hours per week * Immediate start preferred * Internship running until the end of September 2026 If you are enthusiastic, data-minded and looking to gain hands-on experience within a growing international business, we would love to hear from you.
