Process Quality Engineering Intern

**DESCRIPTION** This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting process quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role involves collecting, measuring, and analyzing data from manufacturing equipment to identify trends, improve processes, and support quality objectives. The position offers exposure to custom automation systems and manufacturing technology. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Collect and analyze machine and process data * Monitor equipment performance and identify quality concerns * Assist with process improvement and root cause investigations * Support engineers and technicians on automation and manufacturing projects * Prepare reports and communicate findings **QUALIFICATIONS*** Interest in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or custom automation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with Excel or similar software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * 2-3 months support 40 hours a week in person **EDUCATION** * Current student or recent graduate with an interest in engineering career * Engineering degree not required; technical aptitude and hands-on experience are valued
