**IT Intern** **Location:** Jebel Ali, Dubai **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support * Provide basic IT support to employees for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical problems. * Support the setup, installation, and configuration of computers, laptops, and other IT equipment. * Help maintain IT support records and follow up on reported issues. System \& Network Assistance * Assist in monitoring company systems, networks, and internet connectivity. * Support user account creation, password resets, and access management. * Help ensure smooth operation of office IT infrastructure. Maintenance \& Asset Management * Perform routine system checks and software updates. * Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, and accessories. * Support data backup activities and basic cybersecurity practices. * Ensure antivirus software and security updates are regularly maintained. Documentation \& Reporting * Maintain records of IT requests and completed tasks. * Assist in documenting IT procedures and user guides. * Support the preparation of simple reports related to IT operations and asset tracking. Learning \& Development * Work closely with the IT team to gain practical experience in IT support and infrastructure management. * Participate in IT projects and system improvement initiatives. * Learn and apply industry best practices in IT operations and cybersecurity. Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). * Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred. Pay: AED1,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
