QA Software Intern (Paid Internship)

CALCMENU Philippines is highly focused on delivering the best customer experience possible. The team is continuously refining processes and protocols to ensure the highest quality product, and part of that process includes a rigorous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance team. This QA must have a strong eye for quality, consistency, communication, and careful execution. The QA will generate and execute test cases, create manuals, report issues, and help the team improve and optimize web applications. The role will also involve automation testing, so the applicant should have a background in programming and a willingness to learn and apply automation tools. The QA will work closely with the Business Analyst, Developers, and Support teams to ensure that deliverables are met. **Responsibilities:** * Perform rigorous testing on all EGS software products to ensure a high level of software quality. * Supervise testing activities, submit written reports on issues, and coordinate with programmers for possible solutions. * Prepare test cases and test documentation. * Assist in creating and maintaining automation test scripts when needed. **Requirements:** * Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. * Must have a background or basic knowledge in programming. * Knowledge or experience in automation testing is an advantage. * Must have their own equipment. * Must have a stable internet connection.
