Software Engineering Intern (AI Startup)

Job description We’re hiring a **Software Engineering Intern to work directly with the founder on building an AI platform.** **PayPath IQ** is an early-stage AI startup based in Dublin that is building a modern platform for automating customer communication in debt recovery across SMS, email, voice agents and letters. In simple terms: if a company like Vodafone has thousands of customers who owe money, our system automatically communicates with those customers across these channels and guides them through verification, payment options and repayment plans. We are currently preparing to launch the platform with our first client and are part of the **NDRC pre-accelerator programme** . A serious learning opportunity This internship is designed to help a junior engineer **level up quickly** . You will work directly with the founder on a daily basis. The founder previously taught coding at a Silicon Valley bootcamp and has helped train hundreds of junior developers. You will regularly be involved in **architecture discussions and engineering trade-offs** , which will help sharpen your technical instincts and decision-making skills. When that happens, the intention is to **transition this role into a full-time junior software engineering position** , or continue part-time if that better suits the right candidate.
