Technical Support Intern

We work smart, solve problems fast, and always stay ahead of the curve. **About the Role** Hardhead Technologies Corporation is looking for IT Technical Support Interns who want hands-on experience in technical support, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and IT operations. As an intern, you will work closely with our Infrastructure and Technical Support Team, assisting with helpdesk operations, deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and client support activities. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and user concerns. * Assist in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues. * Support workstation setup, operating system installation, software deployment, and device configuration. * Assist in maintaining IT assets, inventories, and technical documentation. * Help monitor and maintain servers, cloud services, and endpoint security solutions. * Support network infrastructure activities involving switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling. * Participate in onsite client visits, technical deployments, and project implementations. * Assist with CCTV, access control, and other technology installations when required. * Document incidents, service requests, and project activities. **Qualifications** * Currently taking BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related course. * Must have a school endorsement for OJT/Internship. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems. * Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting. * Willing to learn, travel for field work, and work in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills and a positive attitude. **What You'll Gain** * Real-world experience in Managed IT Services (MSP) * Exposure to enterprise IT environments * Hands-on experience in helpdesk, networking, servers, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity * Technical mentoring from experienced IT professionals * Opportunity for future employment based on performance **To Apply** Send your CV and a quick intro to **careers@hheadtech.com** with the subject: **Tech Support Intern – [Your Name]** Feel free to include any certifications, technical projects, or relevant experience that showcase your skills. **Job Type:** OJT (On-the-Job Training) **Contract Length:** 2 months Application Question(s) * Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting? * We must fill this position urgently.
