Requirements Engineering Intern

We are looking for Requirements Engineering Intern! ***What will be your responsibility:*** - Collect, analyze, and document requirements for HV battery systems, modules, and lithium‑based cells. - Create requirement specifications aligned with battery standards, safety regulations, and technical constraints. - Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices for all battery system components. - Collaborate with stakeholders (incl. OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers) to clarify battery‑related requirements. - Identify requirement‑related risks in battery system development and propose mitigation strategies. - Support change, requirements, risk, and release management within battery development projects. - Contribute to project plans and timelines based on battery system requirements. - Coordinate with testing, QA, integration, and requirements management teams involved in battery development. - Align CAD design activities for battery components with defined system requirements. **Job Qualifications** ***Required skills:*** - Studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/Mechatronics/Physics or Chemistry - Interest in vehicle technology/manufacturing processes and a deep interest in battery development - Knowledge of at least one CAD software, such as CATIA or NX, and confident handling of MS Office - Previous experience in the field of 3D/2D design - At least B2 level in English and German languages - Able to work at least 20 hours/week - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
