Junior Software Engineer – AI Platform Hybrid work (Gdańsk, Poland), EMEA We are building a first-of-its-kind **AI-Driven Integration Platform** that fundamentally changes how enterprise systems connect. Instead of spending weeks manually coding data pipelines and hunting through messy documentation, our platform uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to automatically generate production-ready code directly from meeting notes, emails and other documents. **Requirements** * Hands-on software development experience * Experience programming with at least one software programming language * Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day software development workflows * Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation, documentation, and technical research * Experience using AI to accelerate development and prototyping processes * Understanding of best practices for AI-assisted development workflows * Ability to contribute to establishing and improving team-wide AI usage standards and processes * Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) * Hybrid work (office in Gdańsk, Poland) is required Will be a plus * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain interactive frontend web components using React * Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to process and generate consumer data * Interact with vector databases to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities * Build LLM-powered utilities to extract structured data from unstructured documents * Create backend API endpoints to handle file uploads, AI workflows, and multi-tenant state * Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application stability and reliable AI outputs What you will help build * The Brain: An AI knowledge hub that deeply understands complex APIs and business rules. * The Sandbox: A web-based IDE where architects and developers collaborate with AI to instantly draft and test data pipelines. * The Engine: A fleet of AI agents that automatically updates integration code in real-time as customer requirements change.
