Project-/Product-Management Intern (human)

Role Description

**Your Mission \& Challenges** ============================== You will work cross-functionally within the Product Development Team and support internal product development as well as all downstream processes throughout the entire product lifecycle: * Supporting Product and Project Management in day-to-day operations across the entire development process and product lifecycle * Preparing and following up on meeting notes, deriving clear action items and work packages * Contributing to the development and industrialization of products – from the concept phase through to series production readiness * Supporting the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process * Optimizing processes and tools to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness * Preparing, structuring, and documenting complex technical and process-related topics * Collaborating closely and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and production * Taking ownership of smaller projects independently and developing own concepts and solutions **What We Are Looking Forward to** ================================== * Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program with a technical specialization * Strong mechatronic understanding – you think in systems, not in silos * Structured and independent way of working combined with a quick grasp of new topics * Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes * Hands-on mentality: You are willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of tasks that may be completely new to you * Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken * Valid Category B driver's license **Nice to Have** ================ * Initial practical experience in project management, product development, or a technical industrial environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions) * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or Word * Passion for robotics, automation, and the development of complex mechatronic products – from initial idea to successful market scaling
