Data engineer Intern

**About the Role** We’re looking for a Data Engineer Intern to help our data team with daily data operations and pipelines. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or final-year students (no ongoing classes) who want hands-on experience in real production data systems. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or final-year students (no ongoing classes) who want hands-on experience in real production data systems. **Responsibilities** * Help build and maintain data pipelines * Support data validation and data quality checks * Assist in data preparation for analytics and reporting * Work closely with senior data engineers **Qualifications** * Fresh graduate or last semester (no classes attended) * Available for full-time internship * Willing to learn and able to work with guidance **Required Skills** * SQL * Basic to intermediate queries (JOIN, CTE, aggregation) * Python * Data extraction and transformation * Familiar with pandas * Relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) * Basic understanding of ETL / ELT * Git and basic command line (Linux) **Preferred Skills** * Apache Airflow or similar scheduler * dbt / Spark * Docker * Cloud (GCP / AWS) * Basic BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI) * Kafka or streaming concept (optional)
