**About The Role**
We are seeking a group of highly motivated
**Summer AI Integration Interns**
to join our team on-site for an immersive, hands-on experience. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, automate processes, and drive smarter decision-making across business functions.
This role will focus on identifying opportunities for AI implementation, supporting the development of AI-powered tools, and integrating emerging technologies into existing workflows. You will gain invaluable experience by applying AI strategies to create practical business solutions.
**What You’ll Do**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive or inefficient workflows suitable for AI-driven automation
* Work with a group of interns to solve complex problems – and get paid for successfully completing projects
* Research, test, and implement AI tools and platforms to streamline business processes
* Assist in developing AI prototypes, internal tools, and automation scripts
* Analyze data and provide insights to improve AI model performance and workflow integration
* Document processes, integrations, and best practices for internal teams
* Present findings and project outcomes to leadership at the conclusion of the internship
**What We’re Looking For**
* Current sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
* Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and emerging technologies
* Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms (academic or personal projects welcome)
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with machine learning frameworks or AI development tools
* Experience integrating APIs into applications or internal systems
* Demonstrated passion for using AI to improve operational efficiency
