This is an in-person position based at our office in Berlin, with flexible hours that can accommodate your study schedule (up to 20 hours per week). This is a unique opportunity to experience the inner workings of a deep-tech startup and contribute to a variety of projects at the intersection of business operations, product and engineering. The role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and wants to understand how a tech business is built from the ground up. ****Your Responsibilities**** Work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, supporting primarily engineering, product and the commercial teams with both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational tasks Depending on your interests and our needs, your projects could involve: * Conceptualizing and implementing insightful web dashboards * Developing automated solutions to generate visual data using Generative AI * Build software tools and automations for the business teams to enable efficient workflows * Identifying opportunities and industries for further growth * Taking responsibility for deploying custom hardware for our clients * Take ownership of your own initiatives in areas that align with your strengths and interests * Help to build and refine processes that will allow the company to scale effectively ****Your Profile**** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field) * Available for at least 6 months * A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of your work and thrives on responsibility * You have practical experience in coding and building tools from simple scripts to small software solutions to AI based automation flows using modern AI technologies.. * An enthusiastic and analytical problem-solver, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment * A strong communicator, comfortable with close collaboration * Passionate about our mission and applying technology to solve real-world problems * Fluent in English; German is a plus ****What We Offer**** * Competitive working student compensation * Real-world experience at an exciting deep-tech startup in a defining time for the company * Learn what it means to take an idea to a successful product and play an important role in that journey * Significant responsibility from day one, with the possibility to influence your tasks to best suit your strengths and development needs * The chance to learn from the full Buddywise team of diverse, passionate, experienced, and high-performing professionals * Modern office in Berlin at the Delta Campus, in the same building as CODE University * Flexible working hours that accommodate your study schedule * Potential for full-time employment after graduation
