**Job Description**
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be embedded within FLINT’s business operations, working across multiple business units to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate stakeholder needs into technology-enabled solutions. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis—you will actively contribute to solution design and delivery using AI tools, rapid prototyping, and low-code platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders to challenge assumptions, uncover root problems, and help build practical, adoptable solutions that drive real business value
**What would you be doing?**
* Partner with business units to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
* Map current and future state processes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
* Support solution delivery by collaborating with technology teams to scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions
* Participate in hands-on solution building using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted tools, including user acceptance testing and documentation
* Contribute to enterprise initiatives by supporting prioritization, ROI development, and continuous improvement efforts
* Continuously build knowledge of internal systems, AI tools, and business functions to drive innovation and adoption

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
* Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365; exposure to Power Platform, AI tools, data visualization, or low-code platforms is an asset
* Curious, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with a strong interest in technology, continuous improvement, and learning new tools
