The lab brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, and students to develop impactful technologies that improve patient care, medical education, and healthcare systems. We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to design and develop web platforms, mobile applications, and digital health solutions emerging from innovation projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain web applications and digital platforms for healthcare innovation projects. * Build end-to-end solutions including frontend interfaces, backend systems, and databases. * Collaborate with clinicians and innovators to translate clinical problems into digital solutions. * Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and functional prototypes for innovation projects. * Integrate APIs, AI tools, and third-party services into applications. * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. * Assist in deploying applications on cloud platforms and app stores. * Continuously improve UI/UX and system functionality based on user feedback. * Work with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, engineers, and students. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or related field. * Experience in full stack web or app development. **Technical Skills** * Frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Experience with modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue * Backend development using Node.js / Python / Java / PHP * Database management using MySQL / MongoDB / Firebase * Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations * Familiarity with Git and version control **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)** * Experience with Flutter / React Native for mobile apps * Familiarity with AI APIs and generative AI tools * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Vercel, etc.) * Interest in healthcare technology, startups, or innovation ecosystems * Experience building MVPs or prototype products **What Makes This Role Unique** * Opportunity to work directly with clinicians and healthcare innovators * Exposure to real-world clinical problems * Opportunity to build solutions that may evolve into startups, patents, or research publications * Work in a dynamic interdisciplinary innovation ecosystem Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship Pay: ₹15,000\.00 - ₹20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
