The lab focuses on identifying unmet clinical needs and developing innovative healthcare solutions through collaboration between clinicians, engineers, and students. We are looking for a passionate App Developer to help design and build digital health solutions that can improve patient care, medical education, and healthcare workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications (Android / iOS) for healthcare and educational use. * Collaborate with clinicians and innovators to translate clinical problems into digital solutions. * Build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and functional prototypes for innovation projects. * Integrate AI tools, APIs, and backend services into mobile applications. * Work on UI/UX improvements to make applications intuitive and user-friendly. * Test, debug, and optimize app performance. * Assist in preparing applications for Play Store / App Store deployment. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, engineers, and students. **Technical Skills** * Experience with one or more of the following: Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift * Knowledge of API integration and backend connectivity * Familiarity with Git / version control * Basic understanding of UI/UX principles * Ability to convert ideas into functional prototypes **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)** * Experience working with AI tools, APIs, or machine learning integrations * Experience with healthcare applications or digital health platforms * Knowledge of web technologies (React, Node.js, Firebase, etc.) * Interest in innovation, startups, or healthcare technology **What Makes This Role Unique** * Opportunity to work directly with clinicians and innovators * Exposure to real-world healthcare challenges * Work on projects that can evolve into startups, research publications, or patented innovations * Be part of a growing medical innovation ecosystem Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Pay: ₹15,000\.00 - ₹20,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
