**Role description** Key Responsibilities License Platform Management Own deployment configuration and lifecycle management of license managers eg FlexLM Reprise RLM LMX Sentinel cloudbased licensing platforms Install configure and maintain license servers across WindowsLinux environments ensuring high availability and scalability Define and manage service configurations including ports environment variables and failover mechanisms Evaluation Onboarding Evaluate new license manager requests by reviewing oInstallation guides oVendor requirements oInfrastructure compatibility oSecurity and compliance constraints Determine hosting eligibility based on maintenance status contractuallegal restrictions and enterprise standards Collaborate with vendors to enable license activation entitlement setup and account provisioning Compliance Governance Implement and enforce license compliance controls using oOption files oAccess restrictions oUsergroupbased permissions Ensure alignment with Software Asset Management SAM policies and audit requirements Maintain accurate records of license usage entitlements and configurations for audit readiness Proactively identify and mitigate license compliance risks and overunderutilization Operational Support Troubleshooting Provide L2L3 support for licensing issues including oLicense checkout failures oServer downtime oConfiguration or compatibility issues Monitor license servers and usage trends perform root cause analysis and performance tuning Coordinate with infrastructure teams on server provisioning patching and upgrades Integration Automation Integrate license management systems with oAuthentication systems LDAPAD oMonitoring tools eg Splunk dashboards oEnterprise applications Develop automation scripts for oDeployment oMonitoring oReporting Support data collection and reporting for usage analytics and capacity planning **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Snow License Management **About LTM** LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
