**About Us:** IP-Advisors Ltd (IPA) is an intellectual property commercialisation business headquartered in Chelmsford, Essex. The company has been developed out of RDA Develop Together Ltd, drawing on RDA's deep expertise in Research \& Development tax credits, its established client base, and its proven operational infrastructure. Our core product is the Digital Novel Asset (DNA): a blockchain-minted, structured IP document comprising approximately 140 individual components, underpinned by RDA's trade secrets and delivered through IPA's proprietary software platform. The DNA represents a distinct and defensible asset class, designed to help businesses protect, store, and commercialise their intellectual property in a way that hasn't existed before.
