**🤖 AI Software Engineer — Join our team at Growing pAI** At **Growing pAI** , we build AI systems that actually work in production. We're an AI consultancy based in Ghent, and we're looking for an **AI Software Engineer** to join one of our most exciting client projects: a hybrid RAG \+ agentic AI application deployed at scale. You'll step into a technically rich environment — a system that combines retrieval-augmented generation with an agent architecture — and help take it from early-stage to production-grade. That means tackling real gaps: CI/CD, testing, evaluation metrics, and pipeline robustness. **What you'll be working on** * Developing and maintaining pipelines and ETL processes that feed the AI system * Contributing to CI/CD setup and testing practices (this is a real need, not a checkbox) * Working on a RAG \+ agent hybrid application built on Azure * Collaborating with a small, focused team where your contributions are visible **What we're looking for** **Must have:** * Solid understanding of AI concepts — RAGs, agents, and tool use. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to know what you're talking about. * Good Python skills.
