You won't be making coffee or doing busywork here. Instead, you will be writing production-level code, training models, and building software that directly impacts the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our core engineering and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment where your ideas will be heard and your work will matter. **What You’ll Do** * **Build \& Deploy:** Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications and machine learning models. * **Code \& Optimize:** Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code to support our backend systems and AI infrastructure. * **Data Processing:** Help clean, structure, and analyze complex medical datasets to improve model accuracy and performance. * **Collaborate:** Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions with the founding team. * **Innovate:** Research and prototype new AI techniques or frameworks that could be integrated into our product roadmap. **What We’re Looking For** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. * **Programming Chops:** Strong proficiency in **coding** and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles. * **AI/ML Knowledge:** Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with frameworks. * **AI tools:** Strong proficiency in **AI tools** . * **Problem Solver:** An analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex bugs and optimize algorithms. * **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
