Discover more about our fascinating history at www.chr-olesen.dk. **About the Role** We are looking for an IT Trainee to join our IT team and support daily operations. You will alternate between school periods and full-time internships at Chr. Olesen. In this role, you will learn to assist with tasks across multiple IT areas, helping the team focus on strategic initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will be part of an international team, hence our day-to-day communication is in English. This position is ideal for someone eager to build capabilities in IT support, device management, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and corporate IT workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the full user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (create and manage user accounts/licenses) * Prepare and configure laptops for new employees, ensuring correct deployment of applications and policies * Prepare users for, and monitor the completion of security awareness training programs and support follow-up actions * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues * Maintanence and users support for Microsoft 365 Applications, and other internal applications. * Handle and resolve tickets in the IT service management system. **Key Skills for Success** We are looking for a proactive and curious profile with the following: * Currently studying IT, Computer Science, or a related field * Strong willingness to learn * Self-driven and comfortable finding solutions independently * Enjoys problem-solving and takes initiative when facing challenges * Clear communicator with an eagerness to help your colleagues worldwide **What You Will Gain** * Hands-on experience across multiple IT areas * Thorough introduction to modern technologies and enterprise-level tools * Team spirit and international mindset * Business and systems understanding * Insights to governance and structure * Professional user support behavior * Practical IT security understanding **Are You Our IT Trainee?** If you are a proactive and curious professional motivated to learn more in an international environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
