**Job Title** Intern **Department** Information Technology **Location/Unit** Bangalore **Positions Reports to** Head - Digital Transformation \& IT **Key Relationships** All doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, All other departments **Main Objective of the Role** Ensure smooth functioning of the department Roles and Responsibilities Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network HIS, PACS user support (Tracker for issues) Application Management - Installation / Reinstallation, Patching, Upgradation and reconfigurations as per the requirements. Master data entry \& configurations Should be able to participate in the team to develop \& adapt new technologies/applications \& documentation. Should be able to understand the current application and improve the same by updating. Understanding the needs of users \& analyzing the requirements. Design \& develop applications, testing of software \& documentation. Handle all the issue pertaining to application or system. MIS Reporting – Report generation using tools \& development Excel based data analysis or data management. Lesioning with vendor for any support or issue related concerns Enhancement in application (Requirement understanding \& Documentation) Applications audits (Create \& exit users) \& rights reviews Training the department new user on applications Documentation to understand the scope \& purpose. Implementation of application as per organisation needs. Dashboard reporting: generation of analytics for better understanding of the data in a visual manner. Supporting to configure the master data management \& tariff revision activities. SOP creation and uploading in the intranet. E-ICU (HIMS data uploading to RADAR) Providing server-related support (patch update/App update etc) Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills **Required Education:** Graduate **Preferred Education:** B.sc (IT), BCA, B.sc any stream. **Experience** 0- 1 Years **Knowledge and Specific Skills** · Possess cutting edge knowledge \& skills in Operations Management · App development, Database \& analytical skills · Knowledge of Medical Delivery Systems · Strong Domain skills, Strategy Formulations and implementation.
