**JABOUT NESTWISE GROUP** NestWise Group is a premium, AI-powered short-term rental (STR) co-hosting firm serving the Greater Seattle market. We give property owners enterprise-grade rental management — dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, automated cleaning and maintenance coordination, and transparent monthly reporting — by integrating a stack of roughly 15 specialized platforms into a single, AI-driven dashboard. We are an early-stage venture led by a founder with 15\+ years of global operations leadership, building something ambitious from the ground up. **THE ROLE** We’re looking for a motivated Web Development \& AI Integration Intern to work directly alongside our professional web developer on the technical core of the business: the AI integration engine that unifies our \~15 STR software tools into one intelligent dashboard embedded in the NestWise website. This is a hands-on, build-focused role — you will write real code that ships, learn applied AI integration, and see your work power a live startup. **THE PROJECT · 15-PLATFORM AI INTEGRATION** Our operation runs on best-in-class tools — a property management system, dynamic-pricing engine, guest-messaging AI, cleaning coordination, live market intelligence, CRM, accounting, and large-language-model (LLM) tooling, among others. Today they run side by side. Your project is to help connect them: building the API and automation layer that ties all \~15 platforms together and surfaces them in one unified dashboard, with AI woven through the workflows. It’s a substantial, well-defined scope — ideal as a capstone, practicum, or for-credit internship. **What You’ll Do** * Collaborate with our lead web developer to design and build the integration architecture connecting \~15 third-party platforms (property management, pricing, guest messaging, cleaning, market data, CRM, and AI tools). * Build and test API and webhook connections between platforms using automation and orchestration tooling (e.g., Make.com). * Help develop the unified owner/operations dashboard embedded in the NestWise website — both front-end and back-end pieces. * Integrate AI/LLM components (e.g., Claude AI) into guest-messaging, listing-optimization, and reporting workflows. * Assist with data-flow mapping, error handling, and monitoring across the connected systems. * Document the architecture, integrations, and workflows so the system can scale. * Participate in regular check-ins, code reviews, and project planning with the founder and developer. **WHAT YOU’LL GAIN** * Hands-on experience designing real-world, multi-platform API integrations and automation workflows. * Practical exposure to applied AI / LLM integration inside a production product — not just a classroom exercise. * Full-stack web development experience within a live, fast-moving startup. * A substantial, demonstrable portfolio project you can show future employers. * Direct mentorship from an experienced founder and a professional web developer. * A genuine path to a paid role as NestWise Group grows. **What We’re Looking For — Required** * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * Working knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one back-end language (e.g., Python or Node.js). * Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON, and eagerness to learn webhook and automation tooling. * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the drive to learn quickly. * Reliable and self-motivated — comfortable working both independently and with a small team. **Nice to Have (Not Required)** * Exposure to automation / integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) or general iPaaS concepts. * Interest or experience working with AI / LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI). * Familiarity with React or another modern front-end framework. * Any prior project integrating third-party services or building a dashboard. **HOW TO APPLY** Send your resume — and a link to your GitHub or portfolio, if you have one — to hellonestwiseco@gmail.com or CALL/TEXT 425-414-6819 .
