Junior AI Developer

**NextTravel – the leading B2B travel agents platform** is growing, and We are looking for a talented and highly motivated **Junior AI Developer** to join our growing AI department. In this role, you will be part of a lean, agile, and high-impact team, developing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will have a unique opportunity to work on dual-front projects: delivering external AI solutions for our global clients/platform users, alongside building smart automations and internal infrastructure to streamline our core business processes. This is a phenomenal launching pad for a tech-savvy individual with a deep passion for Generative AI, who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow alongside top-tier professionals. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI features and solutions tailored for our platform users. * Architect and build smart AI Agents and workflows to optimize internal company processes. * Own the integration of complex AI models and LLMs, connecting them seamlessly to the company’s core systems via APIs. * Play an active and collaborative role in expanding, maintaining, and scaling our evolving AI department infrastructure. **Qualifications** * **Education:** B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering. **No prior industry experience required!** * Hands-on experience or deep conceptual understanding of working with **LLMs** (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including building bots, working with Autonomous Agents, and Prompt Engineering. * Familiarity with **Cursor** (or similar AI-assisted development environments) to drive efficient, high-quality code generation. * Strong foundational knowledge and practical understanding of **Node.js** , alongside a deep mastery of working with and implementing **APIs** . * High cognitive agility with proven self-learning capabilities. a genuine passion for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. **Why Join Us?** If you’re looking for a place where your code actually reaches production, your ideas are heard, and your work directly impacts real customers, you’ll feel at home here.
