Full Stack Developer Intern

**About the Role** We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our website, web application, and mobile application. The role involves building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platforms that support our technology-driven social enterprise ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and program teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. **Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (Web \& Mobile)** * Develop, maintain, and enhance eKalakaar's web applications and digital platforms. * Work on both frontend and backend development tasks. * Assist in website optimization, bug fixing, and feature implementation. * Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions. * Maintain proper documentation of development work and updates. * Support technical improvements and innovations aligned with eKalakaar's objectives. * Maintain CMS based websites as per requirements. * Translate Figma, or Sketch designs into clean, pixel-perfect, accessible (WCAG compliant), and mobile-first responsive web interfaces. * Conduct user research and wireframing to translate client concepts into interactive, high-fidelity responsive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD prior to development.
