Come join our team of \~30 brilliant minds in Warsaw/Kraków/San Francisco! 🧭 The Role You'll work right where machine learning meets the physical world, tightening the loop between our models and automated experiments. This is a hands-on ML engineering role—you'll build the models *and*  the automation pipelines that keep them fed with high-quality lab data. * **Design \& Implement:**  ML and data pipelines for predicting chemical reaction outcomes using the world's largest databases. * **Close the Loop:**  Build the automation layer and agentic approaches to prioritize and propose lab experiments. * **Productionize:**  Move ML models to production and build tools that accelerate the work of our chemistry team. * **Push the Envelope:**  Follow ML literature and innovate (we've twice published SOTA results in reaction generation!). 👤 Your Profile **Must-haves:** * **Solid ML/DL Foundation:**  Comfortable building, training, and reasoning about deep learning models. * **Strong Software Engineering:**  Python \& PyTorch are your go-tos.
