Role Description

Full-time Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering 5–7\+ years Manager – Solutions Engineering On-site — Hyderabad Full-time Lead solution design, drive proposals, and manage a team of pre-sales engineers. Work directly with customers, internal sales teams, and OEM partners to design winning solutions and close deals. Apply via people@dataeko.ai Share link https://dataeko.ai/careers#manager-solutions-engineering **Responsibilities** * Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements * Design scalable, end-to-end solutions across DevOps, cloud, and data ecosystems * Lead technical discussions, architecture workshops, and PoCs * Own RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals end-to-end * Create compelling solution decks, architecture diagrams, and value propositions * Partner with sales to shape deal strategy and improve win rates * Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales / solutions engineers * Establish reusable solution frameworks and proposal templates * Drive capability development across partner technologies * Collaborate closely with OEM teams for solution alignment and support * Stay updated on partner offerings, certifications, and roadmaps * Build strong technical relationships with partner ecosystems **Required** * 5–7\+ years in solutions engineering / pre-sales / solution architecture * Strong communication and storytelling ability * Strong experience in at least one: DevOps / DevSecOps, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Data engineering / analytics platforms * Ability to translate technical solutions into business value * Ownership mindset with a focus on closing deals * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Good to have * Experience working with partner-led ecosystems * Prior experience leading or mentoring teams * Certifications in cloud / DevOps / data platforms * Background in consulting or system integrators * Experience in customer-facing roles and proposal ownership What you’ll gain * Compensation: up-to 20 LPA * Exposure to multiple leading technology platforms * Opportunity to build and scale a high-impact solutions team * Solve real customer problems across industries and use cases at speed * Learn how to think in context—the most valuable skill in the AI-driven world * Fast-track your growth by operating at the intersection of business, tech, and strategy
