Intern, Enterprise Solutions (Business Analyst cum SIT Tester)

**Roles and Responsibilities** **Business Analysis** * Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements. * Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flows. * Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes. * Help analyse gaps between business needs and system capabilities. * Participate in requirement review sessions and workshops. **System Integration Testing (SIT)** * Assist in creating SIT test scenarios, test cases and test data. * Execute SIT test cases and document test results. * Identify, log and track defects using Azure DevOps tool. * Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes. * Support regression testing and ensure system stability. **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain up-to-date documentation for requirements and test artifacts. * Prepare basic reports on test progress, defects and issues. * Ensure proper version control and traceability between requirements and test cases. **Job Requirements** Education 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science Business Administration / Business Analytics Software Engineering or related fields 2. Candidates should be in their final semester of study. **Skills \& Competencies ·** 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 2. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) 3. Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle) 4. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills 5. Good communication skills (written and verbal) 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **Nice-to-Have ·** 1. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar 2. Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge · Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology 3. Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio)
