**AI Engineer - Office of the President** *New grad / 0–1 years · You'll build, ship, and break things fast* We're the Strategy team that sits next to the President at Pixis. Our job is to find where the company has the most room to get better - internal ops, GTM, product, whatever's slow - and build the thing that makes it more efficient. Increasingly that means building agents and automation that do the work efficiently. We're hiring one person to do exactly that. Not "assist." Build. **Here's the honest version of the role** : someone walks up to you with a messy workflow - could be how our sales team qualifies leads, how a campaign report gets stitched together, how internal data moves between five tools that don't talk to each other. You go figure out the actual problem, then you build the thing that automates it. End to end. Cloud, MCP, model APIs, whatever the job needs. A week later it's running in production and nobody has to do that task by hand again. Then you find the next one. **What you'll actually do** * Live inside real problems across the company, understand them faster than anyone expects, and build the agent or system that solves them * Wire together LLMs, APIs, internal data, and cloud infra into things that work - and then ship them, not demo them * Own the whole loop: scope it, build it, deploy it, watch it run, fix what breaks **Who we're looking for** You're fresh out of college or the final year of college, probably from IIT Bombay, Delhi, or Madras, or somewhere with a similar bar. But honestly the degree is the least interesting thing about you. What we care about: you've already built something real with agents and LLMs - a side project, a hackathon thing, a tool you made because you were annoyed, something that actually got used. And ideally something that grew or scaled, because that means you've felt what breaks when real usage hits.
