We automate the complex, compliance-heavy work that slows People teams down — so they can focus on what matters: their people. **🛠️ What You'll Work On** As our **AI Engineer Intern,** you won't be watching from the sidelines — you'll be building real features that go into production and directly shape how HR teams experience AI. *AI \& Document Intelligence* * Build and improve LLM-powered pipelines for HR document processing (contracts, payslips, policies) * Work on extraction, classification, and structuring of unstructured HR data * Experiment with prompt engineering and RAG approaches to improve accuracy and reliability *Backend \& API Development* * Contribute to our Python (Flask) backend using clean architecture principles * Build and maintain RESTful APIs and async job processing pipelines on Azure * Work with PostgreSQL — designing schemas, writing queries, optimizing performance *Frontend \& Product* * Contribute to our React / Next.js / TypeScript frontend — connecting AI features to user-facing experiences * Collaborate closely with the product team to turn user needs into working features *Infrastructure \& Observability* * Work within our Azure cloud environment and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions * Use Azure Monitor and Application Insights to understand how your features perform in production **⚙️ Tech Stack** AI/ML — LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic), Document processing, vector search Backend — Python, Flask, clean architecture, async processing, webhooks Database — PostgreSQL Frontend — React, Next.js, TypeScript Cloud — Azure, GitHub Actions, Azure Monitor, Application Insights **🎯 What We're Looking For** *Must-have* * Currently in your final year of a CS, AI, Data Science, or related degree — or recently graduated / finishing a Master's * Solid Python fundamentals and genuine comfort working in a codebase you didn't write * Hands-on experience or strong academic knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI pipelines * Ability to work independently: you don't wait to be told what to do next * Good written English — our team communicates async and in English **✨ The X-Factor** We're a small team — every person here has a real impact.
