IT Support Interns/Trainee

Basic Qualification - Polytechnic Diploma/ BCA/ Graduate with diploma in Computers or HIGHERS The candidate should have basic knowledge IT Systems (Software \& Hardware) along with basic networking. He will be responsible for : Resolving IT support requests from employees related with end point, network, internet etc.. Configuration of Mail Client, Different software applications etc. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed Basic Support on networking, end point protection \& Wireless etc. Training will be provided : - Basic IT Networking \& Wireless Connectivity - Domain, DNS, DHCP etc. - End point protection - Troubleshooting of IT Systems NOTE : The appropriate training will be provide on different technologies related with above support. Pay: ₹10,000\.00 - ₹20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
