**Job description** * Provide support to end users on inquiries to HRMS via phone calls, email, or remote assistance. * Provide software technical assistance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. * Conduct product training for end users. * Resolve customer technical issues in a timely \& professional manner. * Involved in ad-hoc projects, and pre-implementation discussion.
