Full Stack Engineer – Assistly

Our platform helps small to mid-sized senior care facilities streamline communication, compliance, and daily operations, allowing caregivers to focus on what truly matters: care. **Role Summary** As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the entire product stack, building engaging user interfaces, designing scalable back-end systems, and enabling seamless data flows that bring Assistly’s AI-powered tools to life. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web application features across front-end and back-end. * Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to translate concepts into functional, efficient code. * Build APIs and services that power data exchange and user interactions. * Implement and maintain scalable database structures (SQL/NoSQL). * Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high development standards. **Qualifications** * Master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. * Strong programming skills in **Python, JavaScript/TypeScript** . * Experience with front-end frameworks ( **React, Angular, or Vue** ) and back-end frameworks ( **Django, Node.js, or Spring Boot** ). * Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
