Junior Automation Engineer (Rolling Contract)

**About the Role** Partnering with a Leading Insurance Firm, we are seeking for an **Automation Engineer (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm)** who will work with modern automation, cloud, and AI technologies to build scalable workflows and drive automation adoption across the organisation. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using **UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, Amazon Bedrock Flows, and AWS** . * Build integrations and automation scripts using **Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell** , connecting APIs and enterprise platforms. * Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation and **AI-powered solutions** (Generative AI, Agentic AI). * Support the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including solution design, deployment, support, **CI/CD,** and framework enhancement. **Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in **Automation Engineering, RPA Development, Software Engineering, or Workflow Automation** (Fresh Graduates with Strong Internship Experience will be considered) * Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as: **UiPath, Microsoft Power Automation, n8n, Amazon Bedrock Flows** * Experience developing scripts and integrations using: **Python, JavaScript, PowerShell** * Exposure to **Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled workflow automation** is highly advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
