AI Inventory Support Specialist
Role Description
**Overview**
Help Build the Future of AI-Driven Operations We are seeking an AI Inventory Support Engineer to develop, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions that improve inventory operations and business processes. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who is passionate about AI automation, full-stack development, and rapidly deploying production-ready solutions. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 1-year of real-world experience building and deploying AI applications and automations.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop AI automations, agents, and integrations using modern AI platforms.
* Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools that improve inventory and operational workflows.
* Work with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and replace them with AI-driven solutions.
* Build and maintain full-stack applications that integrate AI models into business operations.
* Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
* Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and capabilities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI automation solutions (no entry-level candidates).
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Full-stack development experience strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Claude, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, and other leading AI development tools.
* Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
* Ability to work onsite in Buena Park, California or the Greater Chicago area.
**Preferred Requirements:**
* Experience building AI agents, AI workflows, and automation pipelines.
* Familiarity with modern development frameworks, APIs, and cloud deployment.
* Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development.
* Passion for learning and adopting emerging AI technologies.
