Intric
Nordics
Implementation Engineer
Role Description
**About Intric**
Intric is building the infrastructure for secure AI in Europe.
As AI adoption accelerates, many organizations—especially in the public sector—cannot use existing solutions due to strict requirements around data sovereignty and security. That’s where we come in.
Our platform, Intric.ai, makes advanced AI usable in environments where trust, control, and compliance are non-negotiable. With strong demand from both new and existing customers—and fresh funding—we are scaling fast.
We are now looking for an Implementation Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of deploying AI where it actually matters.
**About The Role**
This is not a typical implementation role.
You will work directly with customers in production-critical environments, deploying AI systems that become part of their core operations. You are not just configuring software; you are shaping how organizations actually use AI in practice.
As an Implementation Engineer at Intric, you will be forward-deployed with customers, working closely with their technical teams to understand their systems, integrate our platform, and bring real use cases to life.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership, real responsibility, and direct impact from day one.
**What You’ll Do**
* Support the sales process by providing technical expertise in customer dialogues
* Deploy Intric in secure environments (often on-prem or private cloud)
* Build integrations with customer systems such as internal tools, data platforms, or document management systems
* Work hands-on with APIs, authentication, and system architecture
* Collaborate closely with customer engineers to solve real deployment challenges
* Turn high-level needs into working, production-ready solutions
* Troubleshoot and optimize implementations throughout the lifecycle
* Bring back insights from real-world usage to Product and Engineering
**Who You Are**
We care more about how you think than exactly how many years you’ve worked.
You might be early in your career or already have some experience, but what matters most is your mindset and ability to solve problems.
You likely recognize yourself in this:
* You enjoy figuring out how systems work and making them work together
* You like solving real problems, not just discussing them
* You take ownership and drive things forward, even when the path isn’t fully defined
* You’re comfortable working close to customers and explaining technical concepts clearly
* You’re curious about AI and how it creates real-world value
**What You Bring**
* A technical foundation (e.g. engineering, computer science, or similar practical experience)
* Experience working with APIs, integrations, or system architecture (from work, projects, or studies)
* Ability to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions
* Strong communication skills in English
* Willingness to travel when needed
**Bonus Points If You Have**
* Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g. implementation, consulting, solutions engineering)
* Worked with enterprise systems or secure environments
* Additional European languages (e.g Swedish, German, Norwegian)
**What You’ll Gain**
* Hands-on experience deploying AI in high-security, real-world environments
* Exposure to complex enterprise architectures across different industries
* Strong customer-facing engineering skills
* The opportunity to influence both product and how it’s used in practice
* Rapid learning in a fast-growing AI company
**Why Join Intric**
* Work at the intersection of AI, security, and real-world deployment
* Be part of a company already trusted by organizations with the highest requirements
* High ownership from day one - no layers, no waiting
* A rare opportunity to help define how AI is implemented in regulated environments across Europe
**Benefits**
* Competitive salary and stock options
* 25 days of paid vacation
* Wellness allowance
**Culture at Intric**
At Intric, we build AI solutions for organizations that cannot afford to get it wrong.
We operate in environments where quality, responsibility, and long-term trust are essential. This means we value ownership, high standards, and people who take initiative.
We move fast, but we prioritize doing things properly.
As we scale across Europe, every team member plays a role in shaping both the product and the company.
