Production Engineering Intern

Vilota develops spatial perception products for future autonomous and tele-operated robotic systems. Our work focuses on lightweight standalone sensor suite hardware, advanced vision-based perception software, and reliable operation across indoor and outdoor environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in product assembly, calibration, testing, and quality control checks. * Support the development and improvement of production processes, workflows, and documentation. * Work with the engineering and production teams to identify, debug, and resolve production issues. * Contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput. * Support scalable manufacturing methods, production planning, ERP, QMS, and technical reporting activities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Fresh graduate or student from university, polytechnic, ITE, or junior college. * Familiarity with Linux, Python, C\+\+, scripting tools, and LLM-assisted workflows. * Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps. * Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts such as FMEA, root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and process improvement. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Interest in manufacturing, production engineering, process development, and operations. * Willingness to work hands-on with product assembly, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
