**About The Opportunity**
We’re opening an
**Expression of Interest (EOI)**
for our
**mid-year intake of Junior Consultants**
, focused on building capability in
**software testing and quality engineering**
.
This is an entry point into consulting at KJR — designed for individuals who are early in their careers and ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
**As a Junior Consultant, You Will**
* Work on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
* Build foundational skills in software testing, quality engineering, and delivery
* Gain exposure to modern tools, frameworks, and enterprise environments
* Learn how to operate in a consulting and stakeholder-driven setting
* Be supported through structured learning and on-the-job development
What We’re Looking For
We hire for mindset as much as skill.
* Interest in technology, software testing, or IT delivery
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
* Ability to work in a team and adapt in client environments
* Relevant degree, certification, or project experience (preferred but not essential)
