Software Developer Intern

We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with the Digital Fulfilment team, end users, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the successful execution of assigned projects and initiatives. * Provide technical support for the Calibration Management System (CMS), including issue investigation, troubleshooting, testing, and software defect resolution. * Assist in the development, enhancement, and validation of new system features based on business and user requirements. * Support the design and implementation of data analytics and reporting solutions to generate operational insights and drive data-informed decision-making. * Contribute to process digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, reports, presentations, and project summaries to support knowledge sharing and project governance. * Present project outcomes, findings, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders as required. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * Demonstrated knowledge of software development principles, including programming, debugging, testing, and application development. * Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent. * Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, database concepts, and software design principles. * Familiarity with modern technologies and emerging trends such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics, Computer Vision, and Cloud Computing is an added advantage. * Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes. * Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently when required, and deliver quality results within established timelines.
