IT Operations intern (6 months)

As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.### **Job Description** * Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT projects of low to moderate complexity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, commercial teams to gather project requirements and establish project objectives. * Track project progress, identify issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders. * Support resource allocation and risk management activities. * Participate in regular project meetings as needed. * Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, commercial proposal, status report, handover report, etc. ### **Requirements** Majoring in Network \& System Engineering or Software Development. Possessing basic knowledge of networking systems and has experience with Python.
