Role Description
Junior IT Support Analyst
We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
**1–3 years of help desk or technical support experience**
who is eager to grow their career in a Microsoft-focused environment.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, provision equipment, and support Microsoft technologies including
**Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune, and Teams**
. You'll work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.
**What You'll Bring:**
* 1–3 years of experience in a IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
* Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management is an asset.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for technology and continuous learning.

, requires 4
