Role Description

Junior IT Support Analyst We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with **1–3 years of help desk or technical support experience** who is eager to grow their career in a Microsoft-focused environment. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, provision equipment, and support Microsoft technologies including **Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune, and Teams** .
