QA Engineer Intern (6-Month Internship)

TrueMoney’s extensive agent network as well as offline and online payment services also enable millions of users across the region to access innovative financial services, leading them to better lives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the team to clarify requirements, design test cases, execute test plans, and report test results throughout the complete testing lifecycle. * Observe and support performance testing activities while developing an understanding of high-volume system testing concepts. * Design, document, and maintain test cases in the team's test management system, execute tests according to the defined pipeline, and prepare clear test execution reports for stakeholders. * Perform API testing using Postman, including verifying status codes, response payloads, and data integrity, with a primary focus on manual testing. * Learn and utilize Robot Framework keyword libraries to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. * Convert manual regression test cases into automated API test scripts using Robot Framework. * Develop UI automation scripts using Playwright or Cypress for critical end-to-end (E2E) frontend scenarios. * Maintain automated test suites to ensure stable execution within the CI/CD pipeline and update them as product features evolve. * Support performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability under high user traffic. * Analyze load testing results and document findings to help improve system performance and quality. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Available for a **minimum 6-month internship or cooperative education (co-op) program** . * Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. * Familiarity with Postman for API testing and basic knowledge of Robot Framework, Playwright, or Cypress. * Experience using Jira or other project management tools is a plus. * Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies. * Basic programming skills in **Python** or **JavaScript** . * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues, defects, and test findings. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills. * Eager to learn new tools and technologies and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
