Role Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Perform **manual testing** of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
* Support the team in **automation testing** using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks (if applicable).
* Document and track software defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
* Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings as part of the **Agile/Scrum** process.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in **Computer Science, IT, or a related field**.
* 2-4 years experience preferred
* Basic understanding of **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and **software testing life cycle (STLC)**.
* Should have experience with **manual testing concepts** and **automation scripts**.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and user experience.
**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
* Exposure to tools like **JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman**.
* Basic knowledge of **SQL** and API testing.
* Understanding of **Agile methodologies**.
