IT Intern

**Job Summary** --------------- The IT Intern supports the IT team by assisting with technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and organizing technology resources. The role helps ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and the timely resolution of technical concerns. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Solve IT-related tickets * Help the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems * Assist with end-to-end implementation of IT process improvement initiatives * Assist with troubleshooting issues * Organize and maintain IT resources **Qualifications** ------------------ **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** * Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Office Suite * Interest in IT Admin work * Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills * Knowledge in Computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS) * Understanding of TCP/IP, IP Address, and LAN technology, including switching and routing * Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as routers, switches, and access points * Knowledge of generative AI Tools, AI governance, and secure AI usage practices * Knowledge of automation tools and scripting is an advantage * Able to document operating procedures and processes * Can adapt to a fast-paced environment and is willing to perform various tasks ### **Working Conditions****:** * Work Location: Makati City / Remote
