With over 900 pre-screened talents and positive reviews on platforms like GoodFirms and Glassdoor, IDstar empowers businesses to scale with smart and secure digital transformation strategies. **Job Description** * Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Golang. * Participate in system architecture design, API development, and service integration (microservices/RESTful APIs). * Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Business Analyst, Product) in end-to-end development. * Write technical documentation for code, APIs, and development processes. * Conduct code reviews and apply software engineering best practices (clean code, Git, testing). * Actively engage in technical discussions with teams/stakeholders, including those using Mandarin as the primary language (spoken \& written). * Support deployment and monitoring processes from development to production environments. * Stay updated with the latest technologies to continuously improve system quality. **Requirements** * Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. * Basic understanding of Golang (from academic projects, internships, or personal projects). * Mandatory proficiency in Mandarin (spoken \& written, at least intermediate level) for daily communication. * Understanding of backend fundamentals: RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git). * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Able to work independently and in a team, with strong initiative and willingness to learn. * Good communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical requirements. * Having a portfolio related to Golang/backend development is a plus. * Mandarin certification (e.g., HSK) is a plus, if available.
