Through multiple cross-border e-commerce platforms, the company has reached audiences in over 90 countries and regions, bringing joy to young consumers around the world. * Job Responsibilities Backlog \& Ticket Management: 매장 및 본사에서 접수되는 IT 요청 사항(티켓)의 백로그를 관리하고 처리 현황을 상시 모니터링합니다. PMO Support \& Reporting: 정기 IT 운영 회의체에 참여하여 의사결정 사항을 구조화된 문서로 자산화하고, 주요 이슈 및 리스크를 분석하여 주기적으로 보고합니다. Quality Assurance (QA): 신규 서비스 및 시스템 업데이트 전, 비즈니스 요구사항에 따른 테스트 시나리오를 설계하고 사용자 관점의 통합 테스트를 수행하여 품질을 검증합니다. Communication Support: 본사 가이드라인에 따른 표준 운영 프로세스가 준수될 수 있도록 유관 파트너사와의 소통을 지원합니다. * Experience Requirements Issue Tracking: Jira, Redmine 등을 활용하여 결함(Defect)의 생명주기를 관리하거나 프로젝트 백로그를 추적해 본 경험이 있는 분 우대. Documentation: 사용자 시나리오 기반의 테스트 케이스(Test Case) 설계 및 결과 문서화 경험이 있는 분 우대.
