Role Description
Job description:
* **Service Desk Support** -Efficiently managing and assisting the ticketing queue by resolving common issues such as creating/managing accounts, password resets and peripheral configurations.
* **Hardware Lifecycle Management** -Assisting in the physical deployment of workstations, performing basic hardware diagnostics, and conducting routine maintenance on PCs and peripherals.
* **Hardware Fundamentals** - Understanding of PC components (eg, RAM, SSD, Motherboard) and the ability to perform basic assembly or swaps
* **Software Literacy** -Basic understanding of Microsoft products and Google Workspace.
**Requirement:**
* **Problem-Solving** - The ability to follow a logical troubleshooting process to identify the root cause.
* **Instructions Following** - Ability to execute tasks based on departmental SOPs.
* **Customer Service Orientation** - A patient and professional communication when dealing with non-technical staff members.
* Availability to join in August 2026 will be a plus.
* Availability to work for 5\~6 months is a plus.
Pay: RM1,200\.00 per month
