As a **Technology Strategy \& AI Enablement Co-op** , you'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and innovation. You'll work with technology and business leaders to evaluate technology opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and develop solutions that help drive business outcomes. We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in our **Toronto** **,** **Ontario** , **Canada** office for a co-op running from **September 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026** . This is a hybrid position, where you are expected to be in the office Tuesday–Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
**Position Responsibilities:**
* Assess emerging technologies, AI solutions, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities that help solve business challenges and support strategic objectives .
* Conduct research on industry trends, market landscapes, and technology innovations, translating findings into actionable recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.
* Develop executive-quality presentations, business cases, and visual materials that communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly and effectively.
* Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, document requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and support technology strategy initiatives.
* Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to demonstrate opportunities for automation and innovation.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and presentations.
* Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, including the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and visual content.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with artificial intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or automation technologies.
* Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, process mapping, technology strategy, consulting, or business analysis projects.

Please note the salary range is expected to be between **$40,950 USD to $56,550** **CAD** .
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
